Excellent located apartment

+ The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location. We had a warm welcome on our arrival.
-The late check-in fee was very high. There was not enough toilet rolls. The floor in the bathroom gets very wet and takes a long time to dry without being allowed to use the floor heating. A better free guidebook (eg In Your Pocket) would be appreciated.
